Though he had formulated this as early as 1940, it only became popular in the UK sometime in 1980.

Spread betting in gambling is more exciting and interesting as compared to the basic betting. This is so because you do not easily get your winning when your team wins. You are also given the chance of winning even if your bet is an underdog.
